Expert advice at every stage
FlowHow® advises throughout the entire development process – from the first product concept and mould design to mould trials and ongoing production. With more than 30 years of experience in plastics development, injection moulding and simulation, we combine a practical understanding of processes with advanced simulation tools. This means that our advice is based both on the simulation results and on the reality in which the product and the mould have to perform. We actively use simulation to optimise product design, mould, feed system, cooling and the process. We review the results with you in online or in-person meetings and provide the documentation that suits the needs of the project.
We work with far more than traditional filling, packing, cooling and warpage analyses – we deliver results for a wide range of other plastics moulding processes.

We work from our office using online meeting tools. This provides an efficient and flexible solution with quick dialogue and no travel time.
On site at your premises
We work at your premises when the task requires close dialogue and direct collaboration with development, the toolmaker or production. Particularly suitable for complex projects, problem-solving and process optimisation.
Pricing
We offer fixed prices for clearly defined projects. For tasks with a more open scope, we typically work on an hourly basis, possibly with an agreed price cap. We are happy to prepare a no-obligation quote.
