Cancellation terms

These terms apply when you purchase tickets for FlowHow events, such as seminars, courses and user meetings, via flowhow.dk.

Registration and payment

Registration is binding once payment has been completed. Payment is made by card when registering and is processed by Stripe.

Prices are stated in Danish kroner including VAT, unless otherwise stated for the event. If you purchase through the English version of the website, you can choose to pay in euros, converted at the current exchange rate.

After your purchase, you will receive a receipt by email, and each registered participant will receive a confirmation.

Cancellation

As a general rule, cancellations are not possible.

Transfer of registration

If a participant is unable to attend, the registration may be transferred to another person at no additional cost. Simply send us the new participant's name and email address before the event.

Cancellations and changes by FlowHow

FlowHow reserves the right to cancel an event, for example due to insufficient registrations or circumstances beyond our control. If we cancel an event, we will refund the full ticket price. We do not cover any other expenses, such as travel or accommodation.

We also reserve the right to change the programme, speakers and times. In the event of significant changes, such as a change of date or location, we will notify you as soon as possible, and you may then cancel your registration.
