It is our pleasure to have you participating in the Moldex3D Users Meeting and R17 Update on the 19th – 20th November 2019. The event will be held at Hotel Lautrup Park in Denmark.
Address: Borupvang 2, 2750 Ballerup.

Payment: The registration fee is 2.850 DKK/390 Euro and includes the entire event, conference dinner and the room from the 19th to the 20th November 2019. You have to register and pay for your participation at our website under Arrangementer/Events – Moldex3D Brugermøde 2019/Moldex3D User Meeting 2019.

If you want to stay for an extra night please book and pay at Hotel Lautrup Park and inform that you are participating at Moldex3D User Meeting – reservation number 292282 – Price for 1 extra night is 188 Euro/1395 DKK.

Studio Workshop information: There are no computers on the site – nor for lending.
Moldex3D R17 Studio must be installed on your computer and both computer and programs must be functional. We have Licenses and internet on the site.

Transport: If you arrive by plane at Copenhagen Airport it is easy to go to Ballerup by train.

Take the Metro from the airport to Nørreport, change to train at Nørreport Station to S-train (350S) for DTU Ballerup (Lautrupvang). At Ballerup Station there is 300 meters to the hotel. It is a walk for about 3 minutes or you can of course take a taxi. Please let us know if you need further guidance on how to reach the hotel. Parking: Is right by the Hotel.
